What we collect

When you complete an assessment, we collect the health, demographic, and lifestyle information you provide so an independent physician can review your case. When you contact us or join our mailing list, we collect your name and email address. We also collect standard technical information (device, browser, general location) through normal website operation.

How we use it

Assessment information is shared only with the independent physician reviewing your case, and, if a prescription is issued, with the licensed pharmacy partner responsible for preparing and shipping it. We do not sell your information to third parties. We may use your contact details to reach you about your assessment, your care, or — only if you've opted in — educational content.

Who can see it

Access to assessment responses is restricted to the physician reviewing your case and the pharmacy partner fulfilling a prescription, if one is issued. It is not visible to our general staff, and it is not stored in the same systems as our public website content.

How long we keep it

We retain assessment and care records for as long as needed to support your ongoing care and to meet applicable regulatory and record-keeping requirements, and no longer than necessary beyond that.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion where we're not required to retain it for regulatory reasons. Contact us at care@tomorrowlabs.ae to make a request.
