What Tomorrow Labs is

Tomorrow Labs is a technology platform that connects you with an independent, DHA-licensed physician for a clinical assessment. Tomorrow Labs does not practice medicine, does not prescribe, and does not dispense any medication. The physician you're matched with is solely responsible for clinical decisions about your care; a licensed pharmacy partner, separate from Tomorrow Labs, is responsible for preparing and dispensing anything prescribed.

Membership

Membership provides access to physician consultations, care coordination, and related support. Membership does not guarantee that any specific treatment will be prescribed — that determination is made solely by your physician based on clinical assessment.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting care@tomorrowlabs.ae. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund periods already paid for, except where required by law.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information during your assessment. Providing inaccurate health information may affect your physician's ability to make an appropriate clinical decision.

Limitation of liability

Tomorrow Labs is a coordination platform, not a healthcare provider or pharmacy. Clinical decisions are made independently by licensed physicians; preparation and dispensing are handled independently by licensed pharmacy partners. Tomorrow Labs' liability is limited to its role in operating the platform and does not extend to clinical judgment exercised by an independent physician or pharmacy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
